What we collect, and why.
We collect only the data needed for the diagnosis and the commercial relationship: name, contact, property address, the quiz answers and the projects and simulations saved in the member area, stored with security best practices and used only to deliver the service. We use this information to prepare your technical visit and your acoustic study.
We do not sell data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the essential operators (scheduling, e-mail, document issuance).
The Member Area agreement.
- The acoustic calculator is an estimation tool; the contractual result is always the signed technical study.
- Quotes and documents made available are personal, watermarked and must not be redistributed.
- Access to the training is individual and tied to the contracting group.
Your rights, guaranteed.
Under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018, you may at any time request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data. Just write to contato@neracompany.com.br, we reply within 15 days.
Nera's data protection officer (DPO) is reachable through this channel. Consent records from the quiz and the sign-up are linked to your account and can be revoked.
