01How much does a Nera acoustic window cost?
It depends on what your room needs, which is why we don't publish a price list. Two identical windows may require different levels depending on the wall, the glass and the façade noise. The quote comes from the technical diagnosis, never from a catalogue.
02What is the technical diagnosis?
A measurement visit: we record the outdoor noise in dB, the opening dimensions, the wall composition and the use of each room. With that we simulate the assembly's performance and indicate the window level according to NBR 10.152.
03Is double glazing always better than laminated?
No. For acoustics, asymmetric laminated glass usually outperforms standard insulated glass, the plastic interlayer damps traffic frequencies. The right answer depends on the noise spectrum at your address.
04Do I need to replace every window at once?
No. Most projects start with the most critical bedroom. The room-by-room study lets you prioritise where the comfort gain per real invested is greatest.
05Does the installation really make that much difference?
It does. A 2 mm gap can cancel much of the glass's performance. That is why Nera's installation includes reframing, acoustic filling of the opening and a post-works verification measurement.
06Do you serve clients outside São Paulo?
